OK,
Lack of updates on my part, but that is just the way it is....
I now have a big ball to help me do my crunches. I hate that darn ball to do these stupid side crunch things. I hate that ball. But it does help to do the tummy excerises....

2 weeks have past
2 weeks have past since my beginning of this blog. and I have gotten no where.
I have ridden a bike around the Hammond Loop once. That was tough. I really want to ride bike more. I think I would like that.
But for now, my crappy bike is at the beach house, and I was riding Nick's crappy bike over the weekend while at home.
I really need to eat better.
I do see a light at the end of the tunnell, for our finances. and they are looking so much brighter. Thank goodness there is no daycare bill or school tuition!
I just finished mowing the grass, that was about 3200 steps.
My 40th birthday is in one year, I NEED to get into shape if I am gonna live to another 40 years!

First Post
hey, this is my first post to my blog.
no idea what my goal is of my blog. but I would like to add my accomplishments, my goals, and my setbacks to my getting in shape.
This blog will hold me accountable to my daily lifestyle improvments.
Today we walked the Hammond Loop + up the hill. for about 6500 steps. Those steps are based on a pedometer that Jeff is wearing. so for every 10 steps he takes versus the 10 steps I take, he is about 6 feet further than me!
